Development lead & architect of a service assurance application that enables CSRs to retrieve and
evaluate data from the network and services of Europe’s largest cable provider. The application
aggregates real-time data on CPE metrics, quality of network interfaces, DOCSIS information, WiFi
connected devices and call statistics, and provides status, remote operation, historical views and
analytics. The application has been rolled out to NL, IE, CH, CZ, PL, AT and RO, operating on a footprint
of >4mln CPEs and is built and maintained by a combination of on-shore and off-shore developers.
